FracMap™ can be used to enhance understanding of the fracturing process as well as to obtain additional engineering parameters to further quantify the fracture and determine which factors are influencing production. FracMap™ goes beyond simply mapping dots in time and space and can apply advanced analytical techniques to differentiate between opening and closing events to define the effective production zone of the fracture.

FracMap™ reduces the uncertainty of well stimulations, giving operators a means of validating the effectiveness of their treatments and the ability to confirm modeled predications with real data to yield a higher level of confidence in the results.

Optimize treatments

The information provided by a fracture monitoring program can be used in post-operations analysis to design bigger and better fractures and to optimize well placement design with the aim of achieving better well completions with less stimulation treatments.
